Corrections log

When we get a fact wrong, we fix it on the page with a dated note and record it here, so anyone can see our track record. Typos and formatting fixes aren't logged; factual corrections always are.

The short answer

No factual corrections have been logged yet as of October 22, 2026. When one is made, it will appear below with the date, the page, what we originally wrote, what we changed it to, and why.

What gets logged: any change to a fact, figure, rule, phone number, eligibility detail, or recommendation because it was wrong. What doesn't: typos, formatting, and routine updates when a source changes, such as a new year's figures, which are shown by each page's last-updated date.
